The entrance is only through the outside of the mall (we had trouble finding it inside before realizing this when checking the directory again) and there is no shade for parking.
The receptionist was nice, she listened to why we were there and how we have been struggling to get proof that my mother has never received Unemployment and SDI income. Our only option was to call EDD again ourselves or use their phone that automatically connects to EDD, so we tried using their phones. We finally got the option of speaking to an operator, but soon after the voice machine said there were too many callers at the moment and there are no appointments available. Location is set wrong on the map. I believe the mailing address might be right. However, if you're coming here and you follow the map, it will take you to the mall.The correct location is south side of the building, next to parking lot nr 17.

They provide helpful services for people looking to go to school and find work! Wish there was more funding provided here than to welfare where it does the work force no help but is great for unemployment rates!
