On Jan 14, 2025, I contacted this company by phone to report a safety concern involving one of their heavy-duty wreckers observed on Freeway 58 the day prior.
The vehicle was tailgating, traveling at a high speed relative to traffic, and cutting between lanes.
I spoke directly with office staff but was interrupted and told they have GPS trackers on all trucks and would identify the driver and follow up with me. No follow-up ever occurred.
This review reflects my direct interaction with their phone support regarding a safety report. I am attaching my call log to document that the call was made.

Eduardo was excellent. He was professional and was very easy to communicate with. The tow truck was super clean and handled business the right way.

I’m writing this review for Allied Towing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast service and great communication. From the office staff to the technician, everything was smooth. Alex, the technician, was very friendly and arrived right away. This was the fastest service I’ve ever had from a towing company. I locked my keys in my car and they showed up immediately. Excellent service!
