AcuMedia and Matt Main were great in the beginning when they initially designed our site. However, we have been trying to get in touch with Sofia for the past 4 months to no avail. She refuses to return our phone calls or emails. We recently found out that Matt Main (our initial contact) has left the company and they are restructuring. We found this information out from contacting their neighbors in the building in which they are located - THAT IS HOW DESPERATE WE WERE TO CONTACT THEM. They still "host" our site which we will be cancelling immediately and we have numerous issues with the site that we have had to hire another company to fix. If you read this,... read full review
