The old, cheap showerhead, faucet, controls, and drain we inherited were unusable and needed to be repaired and/or replaced. We got a quick response and after evaluation and suggested options, we decided on a pretty comprehensive upgrade. During installation, problems with the old construction was noted and required repair. The work done was very professional, well beyond my skills. Now we have a shower/bath we can confidently offer to our guests.

We were having a problem with our hot water heater. So, I called Chris Wilson (owner) this week and talked with him directly. How cool is that? He does his own plumbing work and was on the other end of the phone talking about options and general costs. Based on his plumbing expertise, we scheduled him to meet with us. Today, he met with us and solved our problem and saved us money with his expert advice. He also shared with me the importance of flushing our tankless hot water system yearly to extend its life span.
