We are the owners and designers of a nearly 4,000 square foot high-end home in Marin County for which we recently completed new construction. Our plans and completed project included significant landscaping, including the installation and irrigation of more than 60 mature trees of various species, as well as multiple shrubs, flowers and other plants. We have enjoyed working with Ben for about three years now. He regularly helps us maintain two very large trees. We find his advice to be practical, thorough, and science oriented. We have needed advice on construction projects that were near our trees, and he was able to advise on how to protect the trees through those projects, he also was able to help us through a recently legal matter involving a neighbor. Ben is prompt and is usually able to come quickly, and we also appreciate that he is community oriented with his true planting efforts and policy contributions. highly recommend.
I’ve had the chance to work with Urban Forestry Associates (Ben Anderson) several times as a consultant in Real Estate Transactions, and it’s always been a great experience. What I really appreciate is that they’re not in the business of cutting trees, so you know you’re getting honest, unbiased advice not a pitch for a removal job. That way the client can make an informed decision good or bad.
Ben shoots straight and isn’t afraid to tell you when something looks good or when it doesn’t. I trust his opinion, and I feel confident recommending him to my clients anytime they need a true expert on anything tree related.
