I purchased an 864sq ft house in San Anselmo, CA September 30, 2013 that had not been remodeled since it was built in 1971. It had redwood paneling on most walls, shag carpets in the living room and bedrooms and outdated wallpaper in the small galley kitchen and bathroom. I interviewed several contractors and selected Evo, of Structural Integrity to rebuild what is now a beautiful two story 1300 sq ft home. The previously unfinished downstairs work room/storage space is now an additional great room with an indoor climbing wall, an additional full bath, with an adjacent laundry room.
