I'm a dude with long hair. I asked for a shampoo and to trim my ends. No issues whatsoever, and I got a lovely compliment on my long hair. I am leaving this review as I am looking to book a return visit. Will update if needed, otherwise I got what I asked for at a good price.

Letting a bad cut grow out but ends were dry and needed shaping. Asked for all ends to be cut with shorter in back than front. She spent 10 minutes or less a few snips then took off covering and walked to counter to be paid. Charged $30 - couldn't tell anything had been done! most ends still dry. Years ago this was good for kids or trim but I will not be back now.
