I came in asking for help with an older furnace model, and immediately was greeted with excellent customer service! I appreciated how flexible they were with me and provided me guidance on what to do. I highly recommend the folks at Val’s!!

I had two water heaters replaced, one gas and the other electric. After receiving bids from various plumbers, I chose Val's because of competitive price and well-known local reputation. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and completed both jobs professionally--correcting mistakes in previous installations. And, I was charged less than what was quoted when the job concluded. I definitely can recommend Val's and will call on this company in the future.
