Not one has ever been able to help me reduce the pain I have suffered in my left groin area. Since joining Alta Performance, in 2020, I not only have gained freedom from chronic pain, I am on the way to regaining strength and endurance thru HIIT classes, yoga based practice and a structured workout every time I go to the gym.
