Miguel and Jaimie from Southbay Moving Systems made our recent move so much easier to deal with. As a military family, we have moved six times and this has been the best experience so far. We were impressed with the care they took in packing each box, and Miguel was extremely meticulous in labeling each one and going over every step of the process with us. He even completed a final walkthrough to ensure everything was in order. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional and we're grateful to have had such a great team helping us during this major transition.
I am beyond satisfied with Southbay Moving. We had a lot of very heavy and awkward furniture, along with many many sets of stairs and tight spaces!! Juan, Eddie and Edan went above and beyond, they were very professional and respectful of our space and items. Everything was protected and nothing was broken or damaged in the move. They took things apart and put them back together for us, and were very time efficient, (they knew I was on a budget) I didn’t feel like I needed to watch the clock the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend southbay movers. Ask for Maribeth, she knows everything there is to know about moving and will guide you through the process with ease!
