Miguel and Jaimie from Southbay Moving Systems made our recent move so much easier to deal with. As a military family, we have moved six times and this has been the best experience so far. We were impressed with the care they took in packing each box, and Miguel was extremely meticulous in labeling each one and going over every step of the process with us. He even completed a final walkthrough to ensure everything was in order. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional and we're grateful to have had such a great team helping us during this major transition.
This is a long overdue review, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Southbay moving and inparticular packing leader James (Jimmy?) who oversaw the packing crew at my house. I've done enough moves to realize when someone takes proper care of our things and Jimmy and his crew did exactly that. The crew was responsive and empathetic to my concerns. He even went above and beyond by addressing some concerns that occured with the actual movers on moving day. I give Jimmy and his crew 5***** stars and definitely recommend.
