It was a Sunday afternoon and I needed a plumber for a clogged-up sink. I called Roto-Rooter and they were happy to come. From the initial telephone call and the friendly and polite call taker to the dispatcher who sent over the technician. Very professional and understanding of my needs. They sent Joe Diaz. Couldn't send a nicer, professional, and understanding person. He identified the problem and did a great job.

Excellent service, the plumber that helped us out was Artemio Camacho and he did an excellent job. It’s already hard to find a reliable plumber last minute but Artemio managed to get the job done as soon as he was contacted and was quick to fix the issue. Very satisfied with the service provided!
