ALEJANDRO came on good time he and his supervisor explained what was needed. They replaced the part. They explained what they did. They were very thorough kind professional and they listen to my concerns -they checked it thoroughly to be sure it was fixed. It does looks like the problem was fixed and that’s what I needed. (The pipes were vibrating very loud)

Roto-Rooter sent out a level 3 specialist 30 minutes from the moment we placed the call. It was expensive due to the nature of the situation (cutting and replacing an entire section of corroded pipe) but 3 hours later we were back to normal.
