Romie Lane Pet Hospital

Was great before Dr. Ponder left but this corporation seems to have driven away all the good staff that had been there for years. And now they are clearly desperate for business, I just got a call from their robot receptionist asking me to make an appointment for a dog that hasn’t been to their clinic in almost a decade, and it mispronounced his name.

I will admit I have a unique dog name, but back when Dr. Ponder was still in charge the staff had a note on my account on how to pronounce his name, apparently the robot doesn’t have access to those.

I can guarantee no human receptionist would have ever called me after being away so long, what if my dog was no longer alive? I think it’s obvious the corporation only cares about getting animals in the door.

Each month our old furbaby has to have an injection. They are so good and loving toward my furbaby.

Clean facility, love the natural sunlight, making it feel like an open space. Staff were friendly and attentive!! So happy to join a new vet family.

🟣 My little princess started feeling ill on April 15th, with intense pain in her stomach that caused her many problems, including a fever. We went through entire nights without sleep.🥺 she's a little baby is so tiny and she is just 6 pounds. Jus imagine my pain to se her like that 💔
At the hospital, they did X-rays and blood tests.
And everything came out normal.😐
They gave me pain medication, but it didn't work.
It was a back-and-forth to the hospital, with no success, and each time I spent a lot of money 💰
The price doesn't matter if they manage to alleviate the pain.
But they never found what was wrong with her; they didn't get to the root of the problem, and my little girl continued to suffer.😞
They only kept her on pain medication, nothing more.
I was desperate to waste time and money and try a thousand remedies that were available to help her, so my baby will remain the same every day.🥺
I had to look for another option, and it was the best thing I could have done.🩷
The results were immediate and cost me a third of what I spent here.▶️
Today, May 28th, is her first day pain-free. 😍🙏
This hospital has excellent customer service and fast service. 👍
The place is very clean.👌
The only thing I didn't like was the procedure and the cost. It's too expensive, and in my particular case, they didn't help alleviate my princess's problem. 👎
She had a month and a half suffering 🥺🙏
I hope it doesn't happen again with anyone.

I wish that they would of had been open on the weekends. When your pet is in need , but this time . The vet don't open on Saturday or Sunday . I don't understand the logic , assuming that animals only get sick Monday to Fridays .

Incredible vet clinic, with friendly staff. I had a great experience bringing my pet here, the staff were very efficient and accommodating. They also have a great Doctor!

I had a great experience at this vet hospital! The staff were a group of really kind and helpful women. They answered all of my questions and made me feel like my cat was just as important to them as he is to me. They were very quick and efficient on the floor! One of the staff, Valerie, (if I remember correctly) made sure my cat was comfortable and secure before she got to working on him and it really eased my anxiety as my cat is also anxious about dr visits. It was so refreshing to know that my cat was truly in good hands! I will be coming back to romie lane!
