I called Monterey Cleaning Service to discern whether they could help me with complete cleaning, hauling large items, and to clean the carpet. My phone conversations with Clara( owner) and Miguel, who was in charge of the carpet cleaning put me at ease right away. Bottom line: Hire them!!!!! Don't even bother shopping around.I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I was planning on cleaning the carpets myself, but I have some health issues which made that not an option. Plus, let's be honest, nothing compares to having a professional do the job. Miguel at Monterey Cleaning Service was quick to respond, answered all my questions and I didn't feel any pressure to hire them. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. We called in and arranged a post-remodel clean up of an apartment. It is a 1300sf apartment with a townhouse-type set up, 2 beds and 1.5 baths.Two ladies arrived and spent half a day cleaning everything. They did a really, really great job!!We were tied up with a plumbing emergency and couldn't come back and move two appliances fromthe living room back into the kitchen and when we returned to give them the money for cleaning, everything had already been done!Would definitely recommend, and will call after our next job.
