This cleaning service is THE BEST!! I was left with a daunting task of cleaning an apartment that had been trashed. I called Monterey Cleaning Service to discern whether they could help me with complete cleaning, hauling large items, and to clean the carpet. My phone conversations with Clara( owner) and Miguel, who was in charge of the carpet cleaning put me at ease right away. I KNEW I was going to get the job done by people who had their act together!I was not disappointed!! Miguel and his assistants cleared out garbage, disposed of furniture, cleaned the apartment until it sparkled, and cleaned the carpets. All worked efficiently, and worked HARD. I was there all day managing the logistics. I was very impressed, and very grateful for their diligence. Miguel coordinated everything beautifully and the huge job was completed in one day. All workers were friendly, polite, and worked their behinds off. Miguel is a young man who is very astute re how stressful it can be for people as myself to deal with a big cleanup like this. He put my mind at ease by not just his calm, kind demeanor, but his obvious efficiency that was apparent right away. I need more work done at another property and I will not use anyone but Monterey Cleaning Service!! Thank you!!!
Bottom line: Hire them!!!!! Don't even bother shopping around.I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I was planning on cleaning the carpets myself, but I have some health issues which made that not an option. Plus, let's be honest, nothing compares to having a professional do the job. Miguel at Monterey Cleaning Service was quick to respond, answered all my questions and I didn't feel any pressure to hire them. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. There were no hidden costs.I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Miguel arrived and was kind and professional. I wish I had taken before photos, because the difference is amazing. I had been so stressed about the carpets, and now they look fantastic. The process didn't take long and the carpets dried so much faster than when I use to do them myself.Not only did I get a fast appointment, but Miguel was okay with me introducing him to my landlord, who was interested in having his house done as well. His house is behind mine. Miguel fit in my landlord's house. As soon as he was finished with my house, he moved his van to the back and did my landlord's house.My Land Lady is incredibly happy as well. She had been stressed about her carpets due to her elderly dog having many accidents.I am definitely going to hire Miguel again to do my couches and the bedrooms.My parents really want to hire him as well, but their house is outside of their service area. Hopefully one day they will expand to the Felton area int he Santa Cruz mountains so my parents can hire them as well!
We called in and arranged a post-remodel clean up of an apartment. It is a 1300sf apartment with a townhouse-type set up, 2 beds and 1.5 baths.Two ladies arrived and spent half a day cleaning everything. They did a really, really great job!!We were tied up with a plumbing emergency and couldn't come back and move two appliances fromthe living room back into the kitchen and when we returned to give them the money for cleaning, everything had already been done!Would definitely recommend, and will call after our next job.
