I’ve been going here for 3 years and have had great service… these last few times I’ve gone I’ve had bad experiences. I asked for the luxury pedicure and got the basic one, once I brought it to her attention she put the “hot” wax and told me she was done. The wax was cold and it was not the full service. My acrylic nails were not what I asked for after showing the photo 3 times of how I wanted them. Will not be returning.Services: Acrylic nails

I would not recommend this place. I hate to give bad reviews to small businesses, but please try another nail salon. Crystal was the nail specialist and she was rushing the entire time. Which is why she cut my finger. My finger is now throbbing and hurting. I hope this does not lead to an infection. I recommend going somewhere else where the specialists are more intentional in what they do. My family likes to go here, but for me it‘s a no.
