The environment is perfect for workingout. Everyone has been so respectful and is about their business of getting fit. The staff is very helpful and has excellent customer service.

This is the best gym experience I've had in forever. Pedro and marcy are always there to help when I have a question about equipment or form. They have suggestions on how to change up my routine so it's more challenging and they always make it fun so I don't get bored. thanks guys. see you tomorrow even if can't move my arms lol.

This is the BEST gym Salinas has to offer by far. I love all the free live and virtual classes, 24/7 availability, very high standards of cleanliness, and competitive monthly membership rates that are saving me quite a bit of money. The staff are friendly and the trainers are so informative. My trainer especially goes above and beyond every session. They truly care about my goals and needs and are able to keep me honest to my work out plan in addition to teaching me new things about myself each and every session!
