First of all my daughter had her first haircut 2 years ago and it was the worst haircut I have ever seen. The lady was rude and should not be working as a hairstylist. Today I took my mother and Janel was so kind and so helpful and did an amazing job on my mom. My daughter really needed a haircut but she was nervous due to her first experience. Janel made my daughter feel so comfortable and wow she did an amazing job. She was so kind and gave us recommendations on how to care for our hair and what could help us. Fatima Gonzales. You are so wrong the lady has cut my son's hair. I actually go to her. My son is 3 years old and autistic he won't let any one cut his hair but her. I went one morning she cut my son's hair. was so friendly. She's my go too now. Not only is she friendly she understands my son and makes him feel welcome. He enjoys Sonic/ Pokémon conversations with her.
Went in with the $15 coupon. Everyone was nice, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My stylist, Consuelo, gave me a great cut, and good conversation. There was no wait time when I got there, but there was a 19 minute wait once I was checked in, so I suggest you check-in online or on the app before you come in.
