Just got my hair color done with them. Hair color is really good. But for cleaning off hair dye and styling hair they could have done a little better. Because when I got home I had hair dye on the sides of each my face and neck . The styling products are not humidity and wind proof. Cecreed by Beyoncé are not good styling products and redkin flexible hold was not enough for my hair . Otherwise, ya hair color was good that’s why I gave them 3 stars
Shoutout to Tiffany at Ulta! She went above and beyond to help us. She listened to what we wanted, made perfect recommendations, and even showed us new products . She helped us find everything on our list plus products we didn’t know we needed. She’s super knowledgeable about shade matching and different brands, never pushy, and made us feel comfortable. Will definitely come back and ask for her again ! :)
They had a super long line that wrapped around half the store, but it moved super fast. I'm super sensitive to all the perfume smells so my eyes started swelling, my throat was burning and I had a horrible headache by the time I left. The staff were attentive and helped me efficiently.
