Bianca was so patient with me as i was figuring out what fragrance to buy and also gave me great recommendations too; so so kind! Kristi also gave me an eyebrow lammy a few weeks ago and she did such a wonderful job. i feel so much more comfortable in myself thanks to her <3 thank you both! :)

I want to give a shout-out to the Salinas Store Northridge . . I called the store looking for a product . . Spoke to a very knowledgeable young women named Jen . . She was very helpful and took time to see if they had the product . . They had the name brand so went in met Jen . . Took me to the product that was in stock and ordered one that was not in stock . . She was a really sweet young woman and helped me so much . . I have curly hair and needed help . . She explained so much by looking at my hair an advising me how to use the product . . Vanessa M, the hair stylist was able to get my hair cut, treated, and blown out. I called in advance to ask if I could go as a walk in. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the work she’s doing. My hair looks amazing I am pleased, I highly recommend her she doesn’t disappoint! I plan to go back to her to get a gloss finish in the future :)
