I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle over the phone to modify my Original Appointment Service. She was Amazing! Her energy and Enthusiasm was refreshing! I have been going to European Wax Center for years and I have never experienced this level of professionalism! It is always a pleasure to see someone who loves what they do and provide such an amazing experience for customers. She definitely has made an impression! My hopes are that EWC will use her as to Train others to strive for the same level of excellence!!

Coming in for a service and being greeted with a welcoming smile really set the tone for my experience Alyna had great customer service checked me in fast and then Aleida was amazing she made me feel comfortable right away and listened to my needs and wants! I will now be a regular of hers!

I’ve gone with Aledia twice already and she is by far my favorite waxer. She’s so kind and attentive and makes the experience so comfortable like a friend you’ve known for years. She does an amazing job and you can tell she takes pride in the work she puts out/does. I’ll only be booking with her!
