I talked to Noemi over the phone today6/10/26 about canceling my auto policy due to it being too expensive.
Noemi was very helpful and explained to me what I had to do in order to effectively cancel my auto policy , although their policy premiums are fairly high I did receive good Customer service from the ladies there while I was a customer.
I gave Kimberly a run for her money after purchasing one car and immediately getting rid of it just to later get another car she handled it as a professional the insurance policy and coverage was of great value
I wasn’t able to resolve my problem through 1-800 Allstate; therefore I had to drop by my insurance agent’s office - Temo Soto. Noemi was able to fix the situation efficiently & professionally; Thank you! Bonus - It was a pleasure to finally met my Agent Temo & thank you for returning my phone I had left on the counter!
