I needed to confirm my homeowner insurance was received after a late notice was received. Naomi called the company to insure I was definitely still insured. I would now know to mail 2 weeks ahead. She was on it quickly and called to let me know things were good.

I live 50 minutes away from my Allstate rep, I called over the phone to add a newly acquired vehicle to my existing policy and to do other changes to my policy. Noemi assisted me with a friendly and professional voice. She made the process simple. She guided me step by step, explained everything and answered all my questions. Overall I had an excellent experience. Definitely 5 stars.
