A very professional company. I needed a repair and I stumbled across Coastal and was grateful I did. Excellent communication skills, keeping me up to date on when they could help me out. Lupe of Coastal Roofing was helpful and easy to work with in sorting out our options and finding our way in comparing bids. Coastal was flexible in modifying their bid to reflect the roof features that we wanted. Costal's bid was one of the lower ones of the four we considered, and there were details in Costal's bid that made us prefer it over the lowest and even a higher bid. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I had an excellent experience with Lupe from Coastal Roofing and Solar. He came out to look at a leak issue we were having and took the time to carefully inspect the area, explain what he was seeing and help us understand the likely source of the problem. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
