The receptionist from the front is so rude, I was asking for her named and she denied it. I had to ask another receptionist that was in the front for the rudeness receptionist's name. She said her name is Kimberly. I was having an emergency swollen cheek and she denied me services. I ask to speak the managers and she ignored me. what kind of people this clinic has? Not only that I still stay in the lobby and she was talking to another receptionist about Sexual Personal Stuff. As a person that comes in and gets denied service by her and hear this. This staff is disgusting unprofessional! Don't Go to this office!!!! I needed up in the hospital. I will also be filling a complaint with the Dental State Board.

1-Star Review — Unprofessional and Rude Receptionist , If I could give 0 Star I would.
I took my son to his 8 a.m. appointment on September 23, 2025, at Clínica de Salud del Valle de Salinas – Alvin Dental. The receptionist Karla was very unprofessional and rude. She ignored waiting patients while talking and laughing, then acted impatient and disrespectful toward a woman who was struggling to write her name. When I politely told her she should help instead of making comments, she rolled her eyes at me and refused to call her supervisor.
To make things worse, when I recently tried to reschedule my son’s and my own appointments, Karla said nothing was available for an entire year — until October 6, 2026. It’s clear she was being spiteful and unhelpful. This is not how a community clinic should treat patients. The staff needs better training in respect and professionalism

Forgot what the name of the person in charge of cleaning my teeth. But this dental office keeps rescheduling appointments and I have to wait additional 6 more months again. This isn’t the second or third time that happen. Call me a last minute after waiting 6 months again before my appointment saying that couldn’t accept my old insurance and now my new insurance isn’t accepting either anymore. Now they want me to pay out of pocket with their new changes

My experience with this dental office has been highly unsatisfactory. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute without adequate explanation or any proactive attempt to reschedule. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. To make matters worse, I’ve had repeated difficulty reaching the office, as phone calls go unanswered, and attempts to follow up on my concerns have been completely ignored.
When I did finally manage to speak with someone, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from both the manager and supervisor. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism in handling my concerns was alarming. It’s clear that both individuals require further training in customer service and basic communication skills, as they did not address my issues in a manner befitting of a reputable practice.
Given the lack of respect for my time and the poor level of service, I would highly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize customer care and professionalism. This office needs significant improvement in both management and patient relations.

This place is a scam . They made Me wait a more then 6 months for them to tell me we need to no something we already did to visit prior to that. All them Tortas working behind the desk are only concerned about lunch and snack time. They never put my data in the computer from the visit before they said I came in for an emergency visit. Now if it was an emergency I would have got the issue handled the same day not get rescheduled 7-8 months out. They took all my X-rays told me we were doing certain procedure then when I got there they had caught amnesia like what I was told wasnt valid on top Of that I could get an appointment till December it’s barely January. Bottom line don’t ever got there it’s a huge waste of time

My review is for Dr. T . I want to thank her so much for showing patience with me throughout the appointment. Currently pregnant & have an overactive gag reflex . I know it can be very difficult for a dentist to check our teeth when we have gag reflexes .
