The receptionist from the front is so rude, I was asking for her named and she denied it. I had to ask another receptionist that was in the front for the rudeness receptionist's name. She said her name is Kimberly. I was having an emergency swollen cheek and she denied me services. I ask to speak the managers and she ignored me. what kind of people this clinic has? Not only that I still stay in the lobby and she was talking to another receptionist about Sexual Personal Stuff. As a person that comes in and gets denied service by her and hear this. 1-Star Review — Unprofessional and Rude Receptionist , If I could give 0 Star I would.

I took my son to his 8 a.m. appointment on September 23, 2025, at Clínica de Salud del Valle de Salinas – Alvin Dental. The receptionist Karla was very unprofessional and rude. She ignored waiting patients while talking and laughing, then acted impatient and disrespectful toward a woman who was struggling to write her name. When I politely told her she should help instead of making comments, she rolled her eyes at me and refused to call her supervisor.

Forgot what the name of the person in charge of cleaning my teeth. But this dental office keeps rescheduling appointments and I have to wait additional 6 more months again. This isn’t the second or third time that happen. Call me a last minute after waiting 6 months again before my appointment saying that couldn’t accept my old insurance and now my new insurance isn’t accepting either anymore. Now they want me to pay out of pocket with their new changes
