It's a second time going there with our puppy first time was amazing. Second time there was a little bit of miscommunication with how much hair we want to take it off, but they responded apologized and it doesn't take away from their good customer service and they are amazing communication in the past.

Jake, the groomer, had very positive feedback for me when I picked up Jasper from his first ever professional grooming. Jasper was excited to see me, and was interacting nicely with the other dogs. Overall a good experience for both of us.

Kind and compassionate with my senior dog. My dog was terrified but the handler reassured me he would be comfortable roaming with the other dogs. She was right. Once my dog saw the other dogs roaming in the free space area he realized he was at a friendly place. Thank you California Groomin'
