Have stopped by twice and both times they were closed. They don't list working hours on the entrance but according to the brow set 23 website they should be open during normal mall business hours.
Being from Florida and used to my lady there- I was so happy to find the same franchise here in Salinas. The lady who does my brows here always does an amazing job. Even my lady from home checked them out on a recent trip home and gave a thumbs up. Definitely a loyal customer the time we are in the area.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bcuz once when I went a younger girl did my BROWS and she was great. Sadly I didn't get her name and ended up with another woman the last time. She hurt me so bad and kept trying to say she was done and there was CLEARLY ALOT OF HAIR LEFT OVRR. NEVER GOING BACK
