The lady which helped me was Tammy and she refused to do the service I asked for. i came in and asked for a gel and she kept refusing and saying that she'll do dip and that it's better, even tho i asked her multiple times to do gel and say i didn't want dip, and would then up the price. I've been here multiple times before and would get what I asked for and the price would always be the same. After a while of asking she decided to just do a clear dip and gel french tip and claimed she would give me a discount because i said I didn't want dip due to it being too expensive. Today I was attended by Andy and I did not like the service he provided, unfortunately. The ladies in the front were kind enough to offer my nails to be fixed. Which I did get them fixed and still after getting them fixed they looked like this I even gave the guy 15 bucks as a tip for fixing them because I felt bad for bothering them

I went and got a wax there today with angie. she was removing the towel that was under my head and she didn't inform that she had spilled wax on the towel. my head dragged with the towel as she was pulling it and i felt my hair yank from my scalp. she then let the towel hang behind the bed by my head and got the bottle of coconut oil and started spilling it all over my hair which was all stuck on the towel. while my hair was dripping from the coconut oil, she began to BRUSH MY CURLS. i had styled my curly hair today and she COMPLETELY ruined it. she didn't bother apologizing at ALL! and while she was waxing i kept informing her that the wax was SIZZLING and... read full review
