ATM Machine at CK Hair Design

The hairdresser/hairstylist gave me a 9am appointment (her choice/her availability) so I work my way around it and I showed up on time with my kid (no babysitter). We waited for 20 minutes, nobody came. After we left, I called several times and they finally picked up at almost 10am only for her to tell me that she forgot about the appointment. I also run a business (Cake 'N' Cookie Kitchen) and forgetting about your client/customer's appointment is really bad for business.

The worst hair cut experience of my life!! Customer beware! Manager lady has major anger issues. She cut the skin on top of my head with her clippers and I think she did it intentionally. Will never go back there again. Safety reason.
