I came here because my vet closed and had to wait two and a half months for my first appointment. When I got there I was seen by the vet and then had to wait another hour to be told that if I wanted any tests done I would be charged overtime. Then I waited another hour for them to clean my dogs anal glands. Two weeks later my dog passed and I called and left a message for them to call me back in regards to what to do with my dogs body(he passed on a Sunday). No one called me back until Thursday and they said they don't call people back when there animal passes away so not to upset the client. Really? Called to see if they were able to take me in and Cece was rude over the phone and obnoxious. Was interrupting me and asked me to go elsewhere. So stupid they have new potential clients go elsewhere. If I can give this place a 0/5 I could.

This hospital is great! I needed an appointment before the weekend because two of my dogs were having an upset stomach, one had some skin issues and weight loss. The staff was attentive, and took their time with me and my dogs. It's been a couple of days now and both dogs are doing so much better. The girls in the front are very kind and helpful as well.
