I recently started seeing Dr. Chan and staff after we moved to town. I have been extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff and the kindness, knowledge and openness to homeopathics of Dr. Chan. The staff are caring and not abrupt. Last visit we had an emergency and they were awesome. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care.
My pup has been coming to the Animal Hospital of Salinas for years, and they always take amazing care of her. Everyone here is wonderful—from the front desk staff to the vet techs and, of course, Dr. Chan. They treat my pup with so much care, love, and affection, and I always feel confident she’s in great hands. Highly recommend!
Very nice experience. I'm new to the whole preventative and other necessary pet medicine experience. I've taken my cat and dog ie. Shots, fleas/allergy, nail clipping, oral hygiene checks. The staff and provider were knowledgeable and attentive to my pets and my needs. They explained what they were doing and what I should do after I left. Overall I highly recommend them.
