Save your money and frustrations and do not use them for your home inspection. They failed to identify leaks under my sink which I discovered shortly after moving in. They also didn't do a thorough job by not going into the attic where they missed several electrical cables not being connected to a junction box and air vents not connected to anything. I have attached pictures to this review.

I was the listing Agent on a property that Dave inspected. He was very helpful to the buyer. He pointed out things that needed to be repaired and explained very thing in a way that wasn't alarming.

I would recommend finding someone else to inspect your home. According to Dave our new home was “well loved” and in “great condition.” He pointed out a few things about some fixtures, doors and etc., but overall no major concerns. We have lived in our new home for 3 months and so far our heater has gone out, our garbage disposal went out, our dishwasher is unusable, major plumbing issues, rodent damage, and a sink hole under one of the bedrooms, all of which were never reported to us. I would not have bought this house had I known the extent of the existing damage. I could have done a better job inspecting it myself.
