“I have been a long-time client at NT Nail Spa Coffee Road Location and while the service itself is consistently Great , I feel the atmosphere is not as relaxing as it should be. During my visits, I have even overheard a nail technician speaking about how they are the best and encouraging clients to only come to them. As an elderly woman, I value a calm and welcoming environment, and this type of conversation takes away from the peaceful experience I am looking for. I hope management considers addressing this so loyal clients like myself can continue to enjoy our visits.“
