I went to his gym for help in healing from a lower back injury (herniated disc) I incurred at work (I’m an RN). I needed help from a professional to get my strength back, and to also make sure I was doing certain exercises correctly at my gym, as well as which ones to avoid so as not to further irritate the area. Training with Kyle has been a game changer for me. From day one, he’s been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. Every workout is customized to my goals and fitness level, and he always knows how to push me just the right amount without making it feel overwhelming.

If you are looking for a personal trainer, look no further! Kyle is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you feel your best! After having a c section with a long and painful healing process, he helped me get back to feeling like my best self. He helped me gain confidence in myself again and rebuild my core strength. Kyle is a kind and patient man who sets a good pace to push you to your goals. I recommend him over all other trainers in the valley!
