I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Aerotek was by far the worst staffing experience of my life, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was placed at a job through Aerotek where I wasn’t receiving legally required breaks — not once, but for over a week. When I brought this to Aerotek’s attention, they did absolutely nothing to course correct. Instead of addressing a clear labor law violation, my recruiter Ylli was dismissive, defensive, and even used racial slurs when I pressed to be released immediately under the circumstances. Never had a problem, they got me my 1st job in 07, 2nd job in 2018, went back to february 12,2025 its march 14 205 and still havent heard back from a job they supposedly had already set for me , i turned down all the other offers based on what yli the recruiter had told me, waited over a week to hear back and im still waiting, sadly ervice isnt the same anymore , wont be using them or recommending them again

I have had two contract jobs with Aerotek over the years. Lately though, they are no longer a professional recruitment service. They call me almost every week or more. They seem all happy and excited to assist you. But, as soon as something isn't to their liking or the employer they are working for they just stop communicating. Literally! One recruiter, Annie Carroccio, went through the process of background checks including my current employer. The background checks were cleared and all of a sudden she stopped all communication. I even sent an email to Aerotek management to explain the situation and they have not responded. Keep in mind they were sued and fined for age discrimination a few years ago. I believe this is the problem I am having and why they stop communicating. It is not illegal to stop communicating but it is to turn you down because of your age. Hence, the easier path of blowing you off. Very disappointed with Aerotek and the path of unprofessional conduct by their recruiters.
