The facility is packed with everything! There is a great vibe. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, no pressure. I had my first boot camp with Rusty and he was fantastic... I can barely walk.. in a good way. I'm excited about my 6 week challenge. Vee has been fabulous as well as Erin. Can't wait to take another class. The apps are so helpful and the meal program is perfect for me... I need a regimen to follow to get back into shape!
I have always enjoyed the friendly people at St Helena fitness. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I actually have Michael's voice inside my head saying "Come on Julie you got this!" Whenever I'm feeling down about myself I remember how he and everyone there believed in me. You won't be disappointed ?
This place is gold!! The space is very efficiently set up, the team and trainers are 100% invested in their members- it’s unbelievable how valued and supported I feel. POUNDS of muscle gained, fat lost and mental rejuvenation complete!! Pretty much whatever degree of fitness you’re looking for, they offer it. Incredible community- best decision I’ve made in years!!
