I had a situation with blurry vision and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called the St. Helena location and they were able to schedule an exam with Dr. Tran. This was my first visit with her, but she was welcoming, kind, informative and helpful. It is reassuring to see a doctor who actually listens to your concerns, doesn't judge you and makes you feel comfortable. I also appreciate the effort of getting me added on to the schedule the same day. This type of patient care will keep me continuing to make the 50 minute trip to my appointments.

I have been trying to get someone to follow up with me. The person who is supposedly the supervisor doesn't even know how to access the system. My son went to get contacts and gave us only one temp pair. One month later I called to find out what happened to the 30 day supply they were supposed order and they said the onus was on us to contact the doctor for another follow up first? This was not explained. I asked if I can have a copy of the prescription and was told no it's not complete yet even though I paid $200 for the exam. They promised me the doctor would contact me she's only in one day a week on Thursdays. She did not call today they're closed. I don't know what it takes to get somebody to actually proactively follow up with me give us our prescription so we can order contacts somewhere else!

overall, excellent service and a quality visit. thought the staff did excellent with impatient and entitled customers that made the exchange much more difficult than it needed to be - the staff handled it expertly. Highly recommend.
