In need of a massage to work through some shoulder pain, I made an appointment at "Zen Day Spa". I had called a few days prior to make sure they would have time - as it was right before the holiday weekend. They were friendly on the phone and gave me a price quote immediately. When I arrived, the person at the front seemed surprised to see me, and it appeared as if they were not even open. Apparently, no one had any idea that I had an appointment, but I was still taken to a small room to change. The room was cold, but they quickly turned on a heater. So glad they accept walk-ins! And, I was there for their Happy hour special: $40 foot massage (1hr) and $50 body massage (1 hr). Wow! Wish I lived closer to South Sacramento. Highly recommend Bill!

Great service! I was able to get in right away. Massage was excellent! I wasn't bothered with conversations like Massage Envy. Customer service was simple. I paid upfront and tipped at the end of service.
