I've been going to Krishtian at Xavier Massage for two or three years now, and he does not disappoint! I first found him on Groupon at his old salon location and used to get sports massages with him every other month. Now I get monthly regular 60-minute massages with his 5-pack deal at his J St business. He is great with scheduling--easiest to reach via text--and his new location is comfortable and private in what seems like a collective of other small lifestyle businesses. I am a HUGE fan of Krishtian with Xavier Massage. I have been seeing him on and off for about two years now--first at Salon San Severo and now at a new wellness facility on 22nd & J. He is very friendly and professional. He offers both traditional massages and firmer, deep-tissue sports massages, and I recently got a great deal on a pack of traditional massages ($225 for 5 60-minute massages, not including tip). His demeanor is soothing, the music and aromatherapy are relaxing, and he is very helpful in adjusting each session based on my current problem areas. Khristian is very skilled and really thinks through how he going to approach your problems. He really focuses on what you want and what he can do to help. I have been going to many CMTs to find one who can work on necks and rarely do you find one with his level of experience and skill. I need someone with strength and he is able to accommodate the level of pressure that I need but also easily adjust the pressure and type of massage to get the best results. I highly recommend him for anyone, especially for people like me who have complicated myofascial problems and alignment problems.
