X Press Tax Services has been serving customers for several years, offering helpful and friendly assistance. The owner is caring and makes efforts to ensure a good experience. Customers appreciate the good service, walk-through explanations, and the potential for the best refunds. While some delays occur because only one person handles most of the taxes, overall, it is a trusted place for tax preparation and support.
Been going to them for a couple years now, don’t have a problem with them. They are helpful I will say. But what I don’t like is that only one person is really taking on the taxes while other people are working there. Which makes some things move slower than what they are supposed be too. The owner is a sweetheart though and does what he can to make the experience good for you
They were friendly but that's about it. I went to them to file for the 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit. After it was filed I was told that I would receive my payment in 14-21 days. That was well over a month ago and they still can't offer me any news about the situation.
