Over 5+ STARS!!!!I am writing about the Waterfly on Madison & Garfield, Sacramento. Their customer service is absolutely stellar! Other companies need to follow their lead. They are right on top of emails with almost immediate response with professionalism. expertise & kindness. Now to Jeremy and his excellent Customer Service. He goes above and beyond again with professionalism, knowledgee & niceness.Carwash itself is so great, the price. the service & the wonderful staff. I couldn't say more about this company. If you need a carwash. I highly recommend this company it is EXCELLENT! Bring your car in & you'll see what I mean!

I get it I'm paying a discounted price of $10 for the first 3 months that don't mean my car gets a half as. Wash I swear it seems likey car has more cloth burns and none cleaned spots then before I went through. And why does the attended only spry half the car before going through

I had a membership here. It was worth the price but I had to cancel My membership because My truck would be dirty after a wash and tire shine never working. when it does doesn't work correctly And the people that are doing pressure wash before you enter do not listen When you tell them to pressure wash something . We're going to give quick qwak a try
