I was extremely impressed with the manager, Romeo, and his team at the Mack Road location. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything that was being looked at on my car, explained issues found such as lights that I had him replace, and additional services to consider on my next visit. As soon as I was guided into park I was greeted and welcomed ! The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable patient and kind. They explained everything to me giving me their honest feedback. The gentleman helping me in my station was extremely nice, I’m not sure which gentleman was working near my window but he was extremely helpful. Quick, professional, courteous team members. What I like most about Valvoline is the consistent experience I get. It's not the cheapest oil change but if I wanted that, I'd learn how to change the oil myself.
