Aesthetician was wonderful. Good results. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My problem was with the process. This location has been unable to tint eyebrows for at least a few days, I was able to schedule this service. So now I have blonde eyebrows waxed but no tints. The payment process was like a flash back to JC Penney 1997. You had to check out at the front, which means getting in line (no issue). But then I ended up waiting for someone to go through the return process (ID and all) and waiting while staff (doing their job) tried to convince a customer to open the Ulta credit card. Purchased a purple shampoo awhile back from one of the hair stylist's recommendations and she told me to wash my hair with regular shampoo after using the purple shampoo. Which completely ruins any purple deposits that the purple shampoo is meant to leave in. Super annoying but the another employee did help me find some good makeup.

I guess if you drive a BMW you can't afford to buy your makeup.
