They are fully licensed and insured, and provide a one-stop-shop for all home improvement needs. Customers have been satisfied with their HVAC system replacements, with one noting the system recommended is a Mitsubishi heat pump that keeps the house at a comfortable temperature all the time. TSD Construction replaced a roof and roof mounted HVAC, and the owner is very responsible and easy to communicate with. Customers were impressed with the professional and high-quality work, with one drywall repair being unnoticeable after the job was finished. They plan to use them again on future home projects.
TSD Construction did a fantastic job in refurbishing a dismal 70 year old laundry room to an updated storage laundry room. It required every trade in a very small room, removing old windows and doors, flooring and updating electrical and plumbing. His tradesmen were fantastic, each and every one very professional. The end result in this very small but now highly functional room is just what I needed for my modest home. Highly recommend.
In the beginning of 2023 I had a major project to finish the basement of my house in downtown Sacramento which I had started in 2021 that was frankly a disaster. Things had gotten to this state because I had gone through a couple of other contractors that were either bad actors, or incompetent. I reached out to Tim to see if it was possible to salvage something out of this mess and actually complete the work.

When our HVAC system failed last month Tim heard about it through the grapevine and asked me if he could bid on the replacement. I know Tim as a neighbor, and I like him, so I said yes. I'm so glad that I did. Our former HVAC provider gave us three separate bids for different replacement options. The systems they offered were pretty standard and their prices were high. Tim's bid came in several thousand dollars lower than any of the others. Not only that but his bid included adding an additional return air duct to properly balance the system - an improvement he identified - and moving a floor register to a better location.
