EXCELLENT, so far, I am VERY PLEASED with not only the super speedy response time from when I first contacted Tree Services, and how nice Sarah was to deal with, but also with Joe, who came out to give me a free estimate on either pruning or complete tree removal. He seemed extremely knowledgeable, and was very easy going and took his time evaluating our tree and suggested we may still have some time before it needs to be removed due to it’s size and angle of growth. We love that old Cedar and want to save it if we can, for awhile longer if possible! Joe was very professional, explained things going on with our tree so that I was able to understand- super important for someone who doesn't have tree knowledge! He was not pushy and provided me with all my options for what would be best for my situation. Loved how informational the consultation was!
Joe and his team at Tree Services Sacramento did an awesome job! They sculpted my 100-year-old that was threatening my home and the buildings around it. Now it looks safe and BEAUTIFUL. They were professional, came on time, and Joe supervised to make sure the job got done right.
