First of all, I want to say thank you. I’ve always been happy with the quality of your eyebrow work and the overall atmosphere of your salon. You’re talented and professional, and I really appreciate your attention to detail.
However, I had an unpleasant experience today that I need to mention. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM and arrived at 4:20. Another woman who came in after me told you she had an appointment at 4:00, even though that wasn’t true. When you asked me about my appointment time, I said 4:30. But instead of checking names or confirming who had the actual appointment, you just said “OK, have a seat” and let her go ahead of me. Because... read full review

I have been coming here for about 9 years. Never once have i had a bad experience. The owner is so polite and shows you everything she's going to do to your eyebrows before she starts. She's my go to eyebrow lady. Her shop is always clean and masks on always. Mandy is also really good she understands and listens to what shape and thickness that the customer wants. I will never go anywhere else again.

I’ve been coming to this threading salon for years with my two daughters, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The ladies here are always professional and incredibly accommodating.
About a month ago, my daughter and I came in for our routine eyebrow maintenance, and we noticed they offered henna as well. With my daughter’s birthday the next day, she was eager to get henna for her party. I was so impressed when one of the ladies made time for her to come back that same afternoon. She ended up having both her hands and feet beautifully done just in time for the celebration.
