Jack Johal and team did the estate planning documents for my father's estate. In a recent update of the documents, we found several errors in the new documents, which took additional effort to correct, and they even wanted to be paid to correct their own errors! Combining this with fees that were clearly higher than other similarly-qualified firms, we chose to find another firm for our remaining estate work.
