In town for work meetings. Great place to stay in the downtown. It is an older location. There were little things amiss. Missing stone above middle elevator on level 6, the fridge didn't work in my room, there was a $1000 shower with a $5 shower head that sprayed onto the floor, and the wifi didn't work well in my room.Decent amenities for Mariott members. The $15 food and drink voucher was nice, as were the bottles of water.I enjoyed the breakfast and the food served during the meeting was good as well.
Excellent hotel, a great location where you can walk through many of the city's sites of interest.Very friendly and helpful staff especially the cleaning staff do a great job and are very friendly and polite.The hotel itself is very beautiful, its architecture is great, the rooms are very clean and tidy, you have everything you need, I loved the views and the bathroom is very spacious and, above all, very bright.I recommend it 100% and I would surely return.
The day that we were there, it was rainy and chill. The room heater was broken. We complained. But we did not get another room. They gave us the room for free at the end of our stay. Hopefully, if it happens again, they will give you another room with the heater working. It was cold coming out of a shower. You can easily catch a cold.
