Prompt courteous service. Both in sales and the repair department. You have to do most things by the app and service may be a bit slow. Don't always count on your car being ready on time but overall I was very pleased. Answers question by phone also and again very professional and courteous.
The poor reviews of this Service Center made me concerned, but my story was anything but... I live in Southern California. I drove my 2019 Model S to the Sacramento area on 23Dec to visit some loved ones. I had no problems on the trip, using Tesla Superchargers several times. On 24Dec, I experienced a bunch of random errors in my vehicle. I thought it might be the 12V battery (since I had never replaced it after 5+ years), so I pulled over and attempted to do so. After replacing it, most of the errors and all of the erratic behavior went away, but 3 errors remained, and the vehicle would not drive. In a short amount of time, the *new* 12V battery also died. The service center is always accommodating and nice! I always have such good interactions with anyone I meet here for any reason I am here... from acquiring about a new car to the care of my current car! Amazing service!
