    I’m disappointed with my experience at Tesla Sacramento. I purchased a low-voltage 12V lead-acid battery, but the store did not accept my old battery for recycling at that time.

    California Health & Safety Code § 25215.2 requires dealers to accept used lead-acid batteries at the point of transfer (with reasonable limits) and outlines the refundable deposit/return process when a used battery isn’t provided at purchase. I’m hoping this gets resolved quickly.

    Amendment/Update: Since posting this, Tesla Sacramento has now accepted my old 12V lead-acid battery for proper recycling. I appreciate them ultimately taking care of it. That said, it should have...read full review

    Very good service center, especially Jose the most friendliest service advisor there and when it comes to work, you know right he will Make sure you get what you ask for and get it done for you

    Prompt courteous service. Both in sales and the repair department. You have to do most things by the app and service may be a bit slow. Don't always count on your car being ready on time but overall I was very pleased. Answers question by phone also and again very professional and courteous.
