The tech John S. that takes care of my home in Vacaville has great communication, respectful, treats my home in a responsible way. Always keeps me aware of services that I may be interested in. Terminix has reasonable flexibility with scheduling and rescheduling. Gets the job done. Have had no issues. I continue to renew my subscription

I was very satisfied with my service, the tec was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel relieved that my problem is solved. The only thing is that I was quoted 260.00 with 50.00 off and when I got my email it said 310.00 with 50.00 off. I called to let them know and they wouldn't honor what I was quoted . Iam not happy about that, other than that I did like the tecs that came out and the man on the phone who tried to help me get what I was quoted.
